The ASCII Group Code of Ethics Terms and Conditions

If any customer of a member of The ASCII Group, Inc. feels that they have received less than satisfactory customer service, please fill out this form.

We will conduct an initial review and, if necessary, investigate the matter in accordance with the procedures of the Ethics Enforcement Program. If we determine that a violation of The ASCII Group Professional Conduct has occurred, we will attempt to satisfy the end-user customer with a suitable remedy. Please note that The ASCII Group, Inc. does not guarantee resolution of the dispute in favor of the end-user. The ASCII Group, Inc., may as part of the remedy process suspend or expel the member from The ASCII Group, Inc.; however, The ASCII Group, Inc. does not guarantee in any manner, whatsoever, the quality, analysis or advice, including technical or otherwise, of any member of The ASCII Group, Inc. and any such express or implied representation by The ASCII Group, Inc., its members or any third party that may be in privity with The ASCII Group, Inc. or its members is hereby disclaimed.
