You agree that if approved as an international ASCII Group member, you will abide by our code of ethics published on ascii.com and you agree to keep your listing up to date at all times, including your live links to your profile. If you are also a member of a European association, we will endeavor to work with that association to coordinate this program, as a member benefit of that association, and others that may be available to you. While ASCII Group owns the software and content that is the ASCII Group portal that you will be listed on, we can not guarantee that Google may not change its web pages, change or discontinue the format or otherwise modify any part of all of the existing Google Apps program or products. Once approved, your ASCII membership is ongoing and will automatically renew on a yearly basis and we expect you will find great value to your listing and any other programs that may be available to you. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@ascii.com with your request to cancel. The first year’s listing fee and membership is, however, non-refundable.
